We will not knowingly produce or sell any product which is not comprised of correct-karat gold or sterling silver, or which contains any stone which is other than as we represent it to be.

We do not use or sell either simulated or synthetic gemstones unless specifically authorized in writing by you.

Unless otherwise noted, items on this website are portrayed to be close to actual size, but may, in fact, vary in size from the real pieces.

We endeavor to determine all treatments which may have been applied to stones we use.
Treatment information, even if "usual", "customary", or suspected, will be provided to you.

We do not normally require deposits.  We may do so, however, in some exceptional cases.
You may cancel an order at any time.  If a deposit was required, it will be fully refunded except in specific instances which we will discuss with you when we request the deposit.

 We reserve the right to use images of pieces we create for you.
In doing so, we will not disclose any information about you.
We might contact you to request that you provide a reference.  
It will remain your choice whether or not to contact the party requesting the reference.
